Very rudeeee horrible bed side manners
Worst bed side manners.. was very rude and had absolutely 0 sympathy for patients. We were in the hallway waiting to get into a room and he was shouting and being extremely rude with other patients as well. Not sure how this doctor even got his degree. No knowledge or common sense at all when it comes to treating patient’s. Never coming back here again. Making sure my family and friends stay away from this hospital and doctor.

Horrible doctor
Dr. Ali Vakili is by far the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered in my life. Horrible bed side manners. Very disrespectful towards my dad. Insisted my dad looked good and nothing was wrong with him. When a few days later he got worse and had a severe infection that had to get admitted to the hospital and unfortunately didn’t make it. This doctor neglected to address his issues and get him admitted to the night he went to the emergency. This doctor needs to have his license provoked. You go to the hospital to get treated not to get worse.

If I could give this doctor no stars I would.
Took my dad to the emergency because he was having post abdominal pain from his surgery and feeling ill. He is very unprofessional and rude. Not sure how he’s a doctor. He told the nurse to give my dad morphine when he wasn’t in that kind of pain. He ordered a ct scan and labs for my dad. Than came after couple hours to discharge him saying everything was looking good. That he was able to go home. Tell my I get his full report sent home and his wbc was 17. So my dad basically had a serious infection with his other labs not looking so good as well and this doctor had the nerve and audacity to tell me in my face that his labs look fine. If your look for your loved not to make it of the hospital or later have further complications because of negligence and racism due to this doctor lack of effort. I suggest staying away from this doctor and Palmdale regional.

Worst doctor EVER! Does not listen to what you’re saying and is more interested in inflating his ego! He almost cost me my life a few years ago and that you don’t forget!! Didn’t read my CT’s at all, sent me home saying I was ok ... then emergency surgery the next day for an abscess the size of a softball in my abdomen!! And he’s still there doing the same thing to who knows how many people!! Stay alert and be careful!!

I saw him in the ER for 5 minutes and felt like he basically blew me off to which he billed the WRONG insurance over $800. Because he is out of network, my insurance didn't pay the entire amount and he/his support staff never sent me a bill but it went straight to collections.
