Does not work to insure best care
I have been a patient here for 9 years., I have been through years of PT, spinal injections, mri's, x-rays, seen a pain management professional and had spinal ablations performed by Dr. Shoham. YEARS. They changed the name of the clinic and all of a sudden I am a new patient. I have to start OVER because of the name change and he will not advocate for me to our insurance company that I am not a new patient and I have already done everything to prove that spinal ablations are the ONLY treatment that works for me. Will not call or write a letter. It takes 2 months to get an appointment so every single step from first appt in pain to getting referrals, insurance information and now having to go through 6 weeks of PT BEFORE I can ask for an MRI, then SCHEDULE an MRI then have them READ an MRI to see I NEED AN ABLATION then however many WEEKS or MONTHS it will take to schedule that. We are already 6 months in from the time I requested my yearly ablation and I'm starting at square one

Outstanding. Putting the care of the patient first and foremost. I went from feeling helpless, and distressed over my condition and the ability to get help to a place of hope, light and extreme gratitude that there are still doctors out there that really care about the patient and put that patients well being first. Thank you Dr Shoham.

It's difficult to leave an accurate of review of Dr. Shoham since I have only seen him one time. That was just an office visit to talk about my options for pain management. He had reviewed all of my records prior to seeing me. I did feel a little rushed, but that may have been due to seeing a new doctor in a different city. My doctor in Walla Walla, that referred me, said Sr. Shoham was very capable.

I have ongoing problems with osteoarthritis in my back and my hips for which I have been receiving care from Dr. Shoham. He is a great listener and uses appropriate testing to determine correct diagnosis. Dr. Shoham is pleasant, kind and friendly. He really wants to help his patient. You leave feeling that all your questions have been answered, having all care options fully explained with a treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Shoham to anyone who needs treatment for pain related to orthopaedic problems.

He took the time to completely review my Chart and found something that had been missed by another physician and explained everything very well. Could have been more understanding about pain treatment but due to the current mania over that issue I would still recommend him as he was very helpful and throe in his review of my condition and diagnosis.

Dr. Shoham has provided me with exceptional care since I first was introduced to him about my severe back pain. I’ve received several shots in my back and a nerve block. Dr. Shoham, along with his wonderful team, has always been professional, answered any questions I had, and encouraged me when I was anxious. I highly recommend Dr. Shoham and his team!
