Dr Butler has been our family care physician for several years now and she is wonderful. She listens and takes her time with each patient. She is not afraid to use tough love when it’s called for. She will readily send you to whatever specialist she feels you need to make sure you are properly and completely taken care of. She takes especially good care of her Medicare patients. Everyone is well looked after by Dr. Butler, I highly recommend her. And everyone in her Practice is really good too. She is equipped to take care of Blood Draws there in her office, so you don’t have to go off site.

Not for me...
I will say that just because I am not a fan doesn't mean she isn't right for some. I would just recommend doing your research prior to seeing. I read other reviews saying about the time and care taken with each patient, and that I find to be true. What I do have a problem with is the method in which things are handled and how quickly one can be to jump to a conclusion without looking a little deeper into the situation.

One of the best!
Dr. Butler is a rare find! She's independent which means she isn't attached to a hospital or medical network requiring a quota of patients to be seen. This means that she can actually spend time with each patient because she truly cares about her patients. As a result of this, we discovered an underlying medical condition that I've had for many years. Sad to say though that I have seen doctors before who have never spent the time to dig and find out what the cause of the symptoms are. Because she spends time with her patients, the wait is a little longer. But, it's okay by me since I know she treats every patient the same way. I just plan a little longer to be there and it is well worth it.

I’m new to this area and had the same doctor for 18 years in Texas. Coming to a new doctor was very overwhelming to me. When I called to make an appointment the staff scheduled me with a PA without asking me who I wanted to see ones I found out there was no problem scheduling with Dr Butler. I did have to wait 2 hours BUT it was explained to me that they had an emergency and had to send a pt to the ER and that Dr Butler had to get called to the phone because the ER kept calling me. So I didn’t have a problem with it at all because that patient could have been me and knowing she gives that kind of care in an emergency made me feel very good and I didn’t mind waiting. When I ended up seeing her I must say that in my 55 year of life I have never ever had an exam like that before. She sure checked me from head to toe and spend almost one hour with me. I was totally overwhelmed with the grate care I got. The second time I came in to her office I was a work in and waited 5 minutes.

She is very caring and thorough. I prefer nurse practitioner Stephanie for most visits as she seems to understand me best. They are all good and professional people. Up until about 4 months ago, I had a hard time with the office staff, but since they got the other doctors in there, things have greatly improved.

I have just moved to florida in july. It took me 3 Months to find a new doctor. Dr. Butler is a friendly no nonsense doctor. She gives 200% when dealing with her patients. She makes sure that we understand all information and diagnosis. She sits with you until you understand. I"m afraid of doctors but she has made me feel very comfortable when in her office. I have grown to trust her and all treatment that is recommended by her. I would recommend Dr. Butler to anyone that needs a real doctor

Super caring person. Not only does she do a great job with her patients but she also helps students through providing interns and donating time at the high school with their Medical Academy. As a local Physician in our community for almost 20 years, I highly recommend her. Dr. David Otto, DC, DACBN

I never got to see the doctor. After waiting over a month for a new patient appointment, I sat for an hour in the lobby waiting to be called back. Meanwhile, people that came after me were called back. I understand emergencies happen, but the two young ladies at the receptionist counter didn't even acknowledge that I had been sitting there for a hour. I was told that an hour wait was sometimes normal. I left because they couldn't tell me how much longer it was going to take.

I've never had a doctor take the time to actually sit and listen to a patient. Dr. Butler spends time with her patients rather than pushing them through to meet her time requirements. Yes, this means that the wait is longer, but it is well worth the wait to know your doctor really cares about you.

My experience with Dr. Butler was great. My experience with the office right now is a one star. I had to wait two months to get an appointment with her. Now I am waiting a month to get my referrals to my specialists. When I was told it would only take a week by their front desk person. I was just told they go by the oldest of patients to the newest. This is not except able in my book. I am over due for my heart fellow ups, lung, neurologist and my cancer Doctor. Get some help in there!!!!!!
