Bad front office and follow up !
Once they applied my payment to someone else’s bill and they all take lunch at the same time. Not an ideal practice. Believe the Dr. should be the one to call with findings of a biopsy when something is wrong! Not someone in the office who is uninformed.

Disrespectful
I was banned from Dr. Nash's clinic for trying to schedule an appointment. Never been more disrespected by a doctor's office.

In the 3-4 years I have been seeing Dr. Nash I have never had to wait! Her office is run in an extremely professional manner and very quick to get out of the waiting room & in to see her!

Staff not accommodating at all and very rude I was stuck in traffic driving from LA and tried to have a phone conference during my scheduled appt since there were no other appt options and was told that dr does not do any conference calls at all. I was not a new Patient and just had some questions about her diagnosis. Will never go back again. Totally uncalled for.

Dr. Nash is detailed and caring. I have seen her as a patient and so has my son. Her skin checks are fastidious with no spot overlooked. She has been patient and helpful with my sons acne. Would definitely recommend her.

I arrived at my appointment 4 minutes late thanks to entering the wrong building steps away from the doc's office. They handed me paperwork to complete and immediately ushered me back to a treatment room. The nurse seemed impatient (even though there were NO OTHER PATIENTS there). 2 minutes after they left me in the treatment room, the doctor entered and said 'out of respect for your time we need to get started. Basically passive aggressively stating I was rude for being 4 minutes late.
