Do Not Recommend
If I could give Dr. Fowler and this office a 0/5, I would. The staff are rude. There is no way to access your test results as the website has been down over a year. No one even calls to review your test results. Not a patient-centered facility. Absolutely do not recommend this clinic.

Dr. Fowler herself is nice and helpful. After your initial visit with Dr. Fowler, you are no longer allowed to meet with her or even request a call back from her. This should be a transparent policy and it is not. Unfortunately, a medical assistant and office manager aren't whom I want making my medical decisions. Some previous reviews stated that some office staff and nurses were rude. I found this to be true too. Bummer.

Dr. Fowler is very caring and compassionate and took her time to explain all test results and diagnoses based on these results. I saw her for a second opinion on my rheumatoid diagnosis and evaluation and medication recommendations.

Dr. Fowler herself is very sweet, her staff however is rude and very unpleasant. I can never get in to see her if i have a flare up or any kind of problem. Her nurse is so rude and inefficient. I had previously been diagnosed with my disease about 12 years ago when i moved off to LA. No one in MS could diagnose me correctly. I had films, recent and up to date labs and went in to see her and had labs done thats cost me thousands of dollars when i already had a definitive diagnosis.

Incompetent & uncaring. Would wait at least 6 months just to be seen, & when I did the, appointment was totally useless & unproductive. During the times when I was the sickest, I was never able to see her, and by the time I did I was usually feeling better, and would be treated as if I was faking sick. The doctor I see now does blood work regularly, and sees me every 4 weeks, which is how often a person with my illnesses should be seen. If you don't scream /cry Dr.Fowler wont believe you're sick

Dr. Fowler took time to discuss different diagnoses with me, and then when my results came back she sat with me and explained all of the results and different treatment options. She never made me feel rushed, and she truly seemed to care.

I like that she takes her time with you & not making you feel rushed. She answers all your question & explains everything so you can understand. Really nice Dr. & nurses. Very friendly only thing is kids are not allowed in the back. My husband likes to be there for my appointments so he can address any of his concerns or question. We have 2 yr old so he has to sit in waiting room with him instead of being allowed in back with kids. Which I understand the reasoning for that rule.
