Dr. Amitpal Kohli, MD

Dr Kohli is a good doctor who can be trusted. All of his advices helped me to control my blood sugar . He is kind, sympathetic and really seems to care about his patients. He really takes the time to talk to you. I like to ask my questions and he answers me patiently . I would recommend him to people who want a knowledgeable doctor

I am a patient of Dr Kohli and I have been improperly treated. He has refused to see me and will only do Zoom Dr visits. I am not sure how he is getting away with not physically touching his patients, as I have seen all my other heath care providers in person. Shame on you Dr. I guess you are not a front line worker....

Our first appointment with Dr Kholi was a little disappointing. He came in, glanced at the mri and said we need a cortisone shot. With 4 issues found on mri, I had to question each issue found and he said that the shoulder was a typical 63 year old's, tears are minor, fluid build up will go away with shot and pinched nerve will improve. Need to do range of motion exercises and schedule another appt. in 3 months. I asked for recommendations for which exercises good or bad, therapist wanted notes and he said they could call office. He didn't ask my husband to remove shirt until he came back with shot, didn't feel or even look at shoulder. Not sure he even looked at mri details. 24 hours later and no change from shot. Doctor had no other recommendations for pain management for improvement.

Dr Kohli is knowlegeable and he takes time to EXPLAIN and LISTEN.

Dr. Kohli has over 14 years of practicing medicine. Thanks for the initial meeting Dr. Amit Kohli who did his residency at Scripps Mercy ( 12 residents per annum accepted) and is quite challenging. "Scripps Mercy was recognized for high performance in 8 specialty areas on U.S. News and World Report’s “America’s Best Hospitals” list. Ultrasound was conducted on-site at Optum Care. Appreciate your professionalism, kindness and care. Office staff was courteous and scheduled the follow-up.

This is the best Dr. for Thyroid issues, he listens, he's patient, he's kind and he has gotten my Thyroid problem under control and I am now loosing weight! Thank you Dr. Kohli

Dr. Kohli is knowledgeable and skilled, and he takes time to explain and to LISTEN to his patient. He works with a patient, always working to ensure that questions are answered. By far, the best endocrinologist I have ever had!

I went to Dr. Kohli looking for some guidance why I cannot lose weight. I exercise 4-5 times a week and my diet is low-carb, avg. 1500 calories/day. He suggested a glucose tolerance test, which came back normal. His advice is to exercise and diet which is what I have been doing the last year. I feel insulted and like I wasted my time and money. I have gained nothing from this experience. I called the office and he was to call me back--no call.
