Oustanding. Dr. Halloum was my first pulmonologist who diagnosed me as COPD patient. After two years of care, I moved to Corpus Christi Texas and have since been served by three different pulmonologist, none of them providing the expert care of Dr. Halloum. I wish desperately he would open an office in Corpus Christi where there is a shortage of quality respiratory specialists! Five stars to Dr. Halloum!

Dr. Halloum is an excellent physician, experienced in Pulmonary critical care. He is very concerned about his patients' well-being, and strives to communicate with the families. He is dependable and available for questions. Our loved one was critically ill, and it took several family members more time to process the fact that death was imminent. A family conference was organized; he patiently answered all questions and did not rush anyone. His presence was soothing.
