Dr. Ray is AMAZING!
Dr. Ray was the one who discovered an abnormality in my testing. He referred me to a specialist and further testing was done to discover that it was a possibility that I had an autoimmune disease which in fact was true!

Listens and knowledgeable but LATE
I had 2 early morning appointments with Dr Ray and both times was 45 to over an hour late. He does listen, didn’t feel rushed, seems very knowledgeable but doesn’t seem to be able to manage his schedule.

Very Personable and Cares
I have had several visits with Dr. Ray, and each time he has spent as much time as I needed to throughly answer my questions and to explain my diagnosis. I feel confident with him as my pulmonologist.

Not enough availability, doesn’t listen
He doesn’t have much availability for a specialist and isn’t the best listener. I was presenting with pretty bad pain and other symptoms only to be brushed off and given unhelpful advice. I had to go to another specialist to get a totally different diagnosis which led to more expensive tests and finally an answer. Not great quality care at all.

Totally incompetent practice!
Dr. Ray and his team are totally incompetent. They gave me the roundabout with radiology tests and jumped the gun on my diagnosis. Then they totally messed up where I should for covid tests before my exam, what unit does it. What day. Do I need it or not. Everybody at this clinic wants you to do the work for them. Stay far away if you can. I get a bad feeling from them and wouldn’t trust them with my health and well-being. This wasted four weeks of my life that I cannot get back and interrupted work and travel plans. Absolutely atrocious standard of care.
