Very rude doctor
Dr. Chen is very rude and dismissive. She only spent maybe 3 minutes in the room with us. She made us feel as though we were wasting her time. I would never recommend her to anyone. She may be a good surgeon, but her bedside manner needs work.

I meet Dr. Amy Chen in August 2007. I was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer. She was absolutely wonderful and I am now 11 years cancer free. She was such a blessing to have on my side. I have also recommended her to 4 friends of mine and everyone was happy with her.

I think she is very honest with you about your diagnosis. She can be very rude to her patient. As a patient your going through enough, you dont need Dr Chen to make you feel worse.

My name is Mark Shmukler. On 2-10-2016, Dr. Chen performed Total Thyroidectomy on me to remove Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma. I was impressed with Dr. Chen and have been absolutely happy that she was my surgeon! Dr. Chen is a superb professional and one of a few highest-level surgeons / surgical oncologists in the South East specializing in thyroids. She was absolutely accurate with diagnostics and very clear with her recommendations, prognosis and course of actions. She is very nice & humane Dr.

I was directed to Dr.Chen by an oncologist that overseen 29 radiation treatments for throat cancer. My concern was that my voice was not improving six months after the radiation treatments.Dr Chen and PA Martha checked my throat with a scope and she said I still had cancer and it was bad.Dr Chen's comment was that must come out.Dr.Chen had a month long out of country vacation planned but she came back more than a week early to do my surgery.By the grace of God & Dr Chen I am 4.5 years cancer free

I ABSOLUTELY loved Dr. Chen. She was very thorough with me and explained what needed to happen in detail. She performed an ultrasound and biopsy all in the same day. She took her Tim and answered all questions that me and my mom had. I was scared at first because of previous reviews but they had it all wrong she is WONDERFUL. She called back within 2 days for my biopsy results. I'm on the way back to her now for pre op before she does my surgery. I trust her every bit. Great DOCTOR
