Knowledgeable and patient neurologist
I am so thankful to have been referred to Midtown Neurology and to have been seen by Dr. Bragg! An MRI unfortunately showed that I have a large brain tumor, but I am so incredibly happy that I am under his care. He is very knowledgeable and patiently explains everything to me. Medicine can be such an honorable profession and practitioners such as Dr. Bragg exemplify the best of the best.

I would highly recommend Dr. Bragg!
Reasons: Clear communication, compassion, explanation of treatment, and follow through. I truly appreciate his willingness to listen and answer questions. Each of 3 appointments have been on time and handled expeditiously but without feeling rushed. Dr. Bragg asks for input following the appointment from home PT professionals working with me on a weekly basis. He is interested in any suggestions or concerns either of us have. At 64 I can safely say, he is one of the finest most responsive doctors I have ever encountered.

Worth The Drive
My 87 yr old father and I just returned from another appointment with Dr Bragg. Though I don't love the drive from Newnan into Atlanta, it is worth every second of it to see Dr Bragg. He has treated my father for 4 years for memory loss and now a seizure and every time I'm reminded of how wonderful he is. He is so knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. He does not rush. He clearly explains options and makes sure that any medicine he prescribes is within their budget. His staff is wonderful too. Followed through with calling the radiology department of an Ohio hospital to actually get my dad's films not just the report of his recent hospitalization. A truly well run office with kind staff.

Best Neuro in GA
I will personally recommend Dr. J. Bragg. For many reasons: Passionate about helping me. He tries from all angles. Continually studying research on my disease. Communicates well from a Doctor to Patient perspective. He remembers me each visit. Always polite. Great listener. He has an exceptional education. Spends time with you yet he is always on schedule. His right hand lady, Ms. Deborah goes above & beyond to help me & the Doc. The staff at Midtown Neurology is honestly the best staff I’ve ever experienced at any type of Dr office. Dr. Bragg communicates very effectively and efficiently on Healow (patient portal). I’ve seen many Neurological Doctors over the past 5 years. I plan on staying & following Dr. Bragg as his patient for a lifetime.

Doctor Bragg is the best neurologist I ever seen. However,I’m extremely disappointed with Midtown Neurology. The doctor prescribed me serious medication and he wanted to see me in 6 weeks, now they’re calling me and telling that I’ll have an appointment with the nurse!!! When I said that she doesn’t have enough knowledge, they told me that the doctor’s appointment would only be available in March, the doctor is extremely busy! Unprofessional, I’m after the brain injury, I was so happy that finally I found a great doctor and now I have to regulate the dosage or quit this medication on my own...this is now how the medical clinic should treat their patients

I am a regular patient at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester though I live in Atlanta. When I go to Mayo I no longer see a Neurologist because I see Dr Bragg here. I have complete confidence in his skills. He never rushes through an appointment and Is an excellent educator. When you leave you know that you are in the care of a very gifted MD.

Very nice and knowledgeable doctor. His recommendations and advice resulted in a full recovery. However, billing at Midtown Neurology is not great.

Dr. Bragg ranks most definitely with the best of the best. He spent over 2 hours on my first visit reviewing every aspect of my neurological difficulties, taking notes, trying to connect the dots. I was genuinely impressed and blown away by his knowledge, compassion and interest. I have worked in the medical field for over 40 years and can count on the fingers of one hand the number of doctors who were this outstanding. I feel so fortunate to have him handling my care!

Dr. Bragg was extremely caring and a great listener. My husband and I have been to other neurologists in the area that couldn't get us out of the door fast enough. Dr. Bragg took his time, listened to the full story while taking notes, and involved us in the decision making. He wanted to have an EEG before making a final decision and we were able to have an EEG started within 10 minutes. It was the best Doctor's office experience we have ever had.

This is my first appointment with Dr. Bragg. Bedside manner is great. Even though I have a lot of medical issues, including one that is considered rare, he actually kept eye contact and listened. Other doctors get that "10-yard stare" and roll their eyes, before I am even 20% done answering their questions. It was wonderful to find such a compassionate doctor. I look forward to cooperating in my treatment with him.

I love Dr. Bragg, he takes time with me and does not put me down. He respects my intelligence, and doesn't have the arrogant I know everything and you know nothing vibe like every other Neurologist I've ever encountered.
