Dr. Hayes was kind of awful for me. I went into her office with very intense pain in my ovaries. She tried to tell me it was coming from a food allergy and that it was my intestines. After weeks of her telling me it was just my diet and that I needed to track it, I was really frustrated. I know ovary pain, I've had it every period since I was 13. She was very unprofessional and honestly kind of mean when she couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. She made me cry several times. Finally after months of being insistent it was my ovaries, she put me on medication for endometriosis that helped WITHIN ONE WEEK of being on it. To think I could've been feeling better months earlier instead of laying in my bed every day crying because the pain was so bad. I ended up seeing another doctor who performed a laparoscopy on me and removed endometriosis from 8 sites. My ovaries were adhered to my pelvic floor and they had to be partially removed. I am feeling much better no thanks to Dr. Hayes.

I have been with Dr. Hayes for several years. She makes the most uncomfortable appt seem like a walk in the park. I enjoy having her as my doctor and I wouldn't want it any other way.

Absolutely recommend! Probably one of her younger patients at 19 years old, and have had the easiest and most comforting pregnancy with her help. :) Always can reassure me of any worry and is very gentle and caring in all processes.

Dr. Hayes' greatest strength is also her greatest weakness, that is Dr. Hayes cares greatly about each patient. Dr. Hayes takes the necessary time to answer and discuss all questions/concerns with patients and is always willing to brainstorm the pros/cons of any decision. The only downside is this level of care leads us long wait times. It is not uncommon to wait 45-60 minutes past your scheduled appointment time to see Dr. Hayes . Overall, she is extraordinarily competent and qualified.
