Speaking with Dr. Kassouf was like speaking with family from the moment I met her. She was specific and spoke in a language that I understood my care.

Dr. Kassouf used to be wonderful. Then her popularity skyrocketed and now it takes over a year to get an appointment. That in itself is not her fault. But since then, she rushes every visit and doesn’t listen/ask questions to understand better. She made me feel like she didn’t care about me, that my problem was insignificant, and she just wanted to be done with me so she could go catch up with her nurses and coworkers. Sad to say I will be looking for a new provider.

Hurried visit. The doctor was polite but in a BIG HURRY! She was in and out in a flash. When she left the room, I thought she was coming back, but instead the nurse came back. I had no opportunity to ask questions. The reason for the hurry is unclear since there were no other patients in the waiting room. I waited four months for this appointment and drove a long distance so this was was frustrating and disappointing.

This review is for her cosmetic procedures. I want to inform other patients about my experience so they can make a more educated decision before having fillers done by her. She over-injected my smile and frown lines and left my face grossly misshapen. She does not schedule follow-ups after filler appointments as do dermatologists who follow best practice for injectables. She also does not remove fillers that go wrong, even though she says that they can be removed. In addition, any time there was something wrong with my fillers, such as being uneven on one side, she would convince me that it was normal or my fault. I see a new dermatologist now, and it is like night and day. She is trying to fix the mess that Dr. kassouf left me in. The fillers do not just dissolve, either; they have lasted over a year and I have to have them removed. My face is so misshapen that we have to use old pictures of me to try to figure out what I actually looked like before she inflated my face.

I have worked with Dr. Kassouf for 25 years and know her skill is unmattched. She is prompt and caring. She works for solutions even when it takes extra time. Thank you Dr.

Dr Kassouf and her entire staff at Cleveland Clinic in Twinsburg are amazing. I have been to many great hospitals in the US and have been cared for by incredible doctors and she is certainly in this group. A very warm and kind person with amazing knowledge, Dr Kassouf makes her patients feel welcome and cared for from the first ‘hello’. Her nurses, nurse practitioner Tess, her receptionist/scheduler Vicki, and everyone involved are first class. What a wonderful group of human beings.

Great doctor takes plenty of time and make sure she goes through your entire list of questions before she leaves you.
