If I could leave one star I would this place was so unprofessional I came in for a simple procedure skin tag removal and I got the services done and was sent home bleeding, oil all over my shirt and BURN marks that she said would go away within 3 to 4 days but are still there it has been literally two months and the scars are still there but worse o called and left multiple messages with no retuned phone calls nobody even bothered to do a follow up call you would think me leaving 4 messages I would get a phone call back but I haven’t not and then Dr. Kei gave me bleaching wipes to treat my skin and I was charged full price for some wipes that she cut in half so I ended up paying double let’s just say the whole experience was not only painful but just terrible altogether and my chest looks even more worse then it did when I came in

I would like to edit/add to a review I wrote today of my experience with Dr. Angela Kyei & would like to add a correction to my thoughts. At the end I stated that she might want to give the patient a print out of instructions as we may forget. I apologize as she did give me a thorough printout and I found it in my car as it had fallen off the seat. it does have explicit information on the medications and how to use/take them & side effects. She was very informative. Again, my apologies.

I would like to believe that Dr. Kyei is a consummate professional; however - the individual tasked with answering calls is not. I asked if doctor was excepting new patients. Dashawn, I believe, then asked if I had insurance. She had already made an assumption about my station, presumably from colored lenses. However, she is not my peer. It was shocking to call a doctor’s office and the person answering the phones, nonetheless, is speaking to potential patients in a degrading manner. I do believe that any job is a noble job. She needs customer service training & to be educated on what it means to have station & place, neither of which she has but is oblivious to an apparent reality. Just sad. More importantly, she has a job because individuals are willing to seek treatment at that clinic when they could easily do so elsewhere. Her attitude diminishes your business.

I was very impressed with Dr Kyei. I had Melanoma and she did an excellent job checking my body. She explained things to me that I never was told. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable.

I am a skin cancer survivor and am required to have my skin examined frequently. The procedure is necessarily intimate. I made my appointment with Dr. Angela Kyei because I had felt uncomfortable and self-conscious during previous appointments with male doctors. Dr. Kyei was wonderful. Her examination room was thoughtfully warm enough for a patient who would be required to shed almost all of their clothes. She was complete, courteous, patient, and able to answer all of my questions. Wonderful!

I saw Dr. Kyei and was very disappointed in her behavior in getting back with me concerning me having bites all over me and she said she didn't know what it could be and suggested I take a biopsy to find exactly what was going on. Me and my husband expressed concerns that it was freaking me out. Following week after getting stitches taken out I was told i was bitten by bug, and dr would contact me. She never did had her assistant contact me TWICE and left message what did I want to talk about

Dr. Kyei was dismissive of me, my symptoms, and my condition. She reluctantly gave me a prescription which when I went to Marc's to have it filled, I was told is only covered for teenagers/young adults. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning!

First visit with dr. Kyei. I've had alopecia areata for 30 years, that this was the first time I really trusted that my doctor cared and knows about the condition to help me make the right decisions on moving forward. Spent a lot of time with me listening to my concerns and questions. I felt comfortable, trusting and not rushed in the appointment. I'm so happy I found her. Her energy is so good, I look forward to seeing her again.
