Highly Recommend Dr. Lorenzo
Dr. Lorenzo is amazing! Do not waste your time with vein clinics or non vascular surgeons who are just out to get as much money as possible from you and your insurance without actually solving your vein problems. I wasted time with two other facilities and had 8 sessions with minimal results and significant pain. Dr. Lorenzo solved my vein issues in two sessions (after I was quoted 6 more sessions at another facility). Her entire staff is kind and accommodating. I am really thankful for the care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Lorenzo - she is truly the best doctor if you are having any vascular problems. It should not have to be said but see a vascular surgeon for vascular problems! These general surgeons masquerading as vein experts (even at vein clinics) will only waste your time and money. Learn from my mistakes and go see Dr. Lorenzo from the start.

The Very BEST
Dr. Lorenzo has treated my chronic venous insufficiency, lymphedema, and related issues for years, and I don't know what I would do without her. My previous vascular surgeon told me he had done all he could for me, but my podiatrist referred me to Dr. Lorenzo for another approach. Over and over again through the years, she has found innovative methods - surgeries, physical therapy, and medical equipment - that have helped me immensely. The rest of Dr, Lorenzo's team - Julie, Jacque, and Kevin - are top-notch too. I can honestly say that no other doctor in any specialty has improved my quality of life as much as Dr. Lorenzo.

Dr. Lorenzo saved my life. I had an infected abcess on my leg. Dr. Lorenzo stayed after hours and performed surgery on the spot. Inside the abcess was a cyst. I think a normal ER doc would have drained the abcess without finding the cyst. This likely would have caused the abcess and infection to reoccur. So, grateful to have a professional doctor taking care of me. No words. She skillfully & gently removed the abcess & cyst. Then she gave me detailed written directions on what steps to take. So grateful.

If you are getting a second opinion from her, she is not willing to help, and answer questions even though she charges full copay. She insulted the test results I took with me. She was not willing to make another test. She even told me that she is not going to spend money on me by calling her tech now ..... she said she can help me if I am her patient. I don’t recommend her .

Its great the way she explains every thing and really listens to your concerns. She goes over everything a couple of times and then also as she does the procedure. The staff is great. She is one of those doctors that believes there is no such thing as a dumb question.

Excellent care and great office staff. Dr. Lorenzo recently got a new office manager and she is fantastic. You can tell she truly cares about the patients and is helpful answering any questions I have. I have always had a wonderful experience with my treatments from Dr. Lorenzo and aftercare instructions. I highly recommend this office for vascular vein needs!

OMG.... This place needs some training in customer services. My wife (who happens to be in the Urgent care business) has plans on doing a surgery through them. There were issues with our insurance company. That we had to reschedule the appointment. Lisa, treated my wife so bad about this issue that she came home crying as if she was violated by the way she was treated as a customer. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HANDLING EVER!!!

I do not recommend this Doctor. I went to her 4 years ago & she performed Radiofrequency Ablation and Sclerotherapy on both my legs. Several months after the procedure I went back to her due to pain in my legs & the disappointing appearance. She suggested I continue to wear my support hose but no other action was recommended. Today my legs look worse than they did before I went to her and I have even more discomfort. I spent a lot of money with Dr. Lorenzo but received terrible results.
