Great Doctor with a poor staff
I give Dr. Morales a five star rating but give his support staff a one star rating. No telling how much business he is loosing because of his lazy staff.

If you are looking for help, this is not the Dr.
You initially see the Dr. He scheduled many tests. Then you see his NP whom on more than one occasion gave results from other patients, not even mine. Nothing was ever done. Nothing to help with pain no suggestions on what to try. But scheduled the same tests over and over. Would never release any of my files to other Drs when requested by them even after I signed for them to be. I copied every visit and test from the portal. The last time I looked it was all deleted except one thing which says it was brought up at the first visit but was not. To top it off The billing manager did not send everything to insurance which would pay it all , when I called he said oh well guess you will have to pay because I'm not sending it. The last thing I was told by the NP was that I didn't need to make an appointment unless I had trouble!!! Excuse me I was there because of severe problems and nothing was EVER done!

Very helpful during a difficult time.
Dr. Morales was honest and compassionate but didn't sugarcoat our future dealing with an awful disease. We left his office feeling much more informed and better prepared for what's to come.

It was WONDERFUL!!!! He listens and addresses all of your concerns. Spends as much time with you until you feel all has been covered. He is a PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHAT A GREAT DOCTOR SHOULD BE! He could teach others Doctors out there how to create a practice that would thrive. I’m very very lucky to have found him. Thank you so much for caring for me. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR STAFF

Dr. Morales is one of the finest Drs I have had the pleasure of working with in my almost 40 years in nursing he also took amazing care of my husband when no one else would.
