Questionable treatment
July 2021 - At first he was ok. But after running tests, said I need surgery for my heart. Went to his suggested surgeon and he said I didn’t. He Said I had chronic high blood pressure that wasn’t under control. I was on blood pressure meds already. He changed several of my meds. He doubled my BP meds and after 6 weeks or so I could hardly navigate. BP was too low. So I stopped seeing him and my new Dr. lowered my dosage back to where it was. I didn’t trust him with his decisions.

I met Dr. Borin while having a stress test ordered by another physician. Dr. Borin was reviewing the results of all stress tests administered on that day. I found him friendly, easy to speak with, and knowledgeable. I asked him a question, and he took nearly thirty minutes to answer my question and to put his answer in context. I was so impressed (I am 70 and have been dealing with 'the health care system' for many years for myself and my parents) that I called his office a few days later and asked him to take care of me. He outlined a program that has shown significant results after a month. I have clogged arteries, diabetes, and a few other gems. I think Dr. Borin is great!

He is very arrogant. Doesn't explain anything in layman terms even when asked.
