Made me feel like the reason I came to the ER wasn’t serious and immediately told me he wasn’t going to prescribe me medicine because I’m “young” I didn’t come to the ER for medicine I came to find answers for something I felt was serious. I was very disappointed by the way he treated me. I’ve never had such a bad experience at hospitality ER until that night.

Wouldn't help with my pain at all. This includes lumbar disc and ovarian cyst. He acted like I was a drug addicts looking for a fix. Didn't even look at my chart to see what was wrong with me.

FABULOUS!!! Hospitality ER in Longview and EVERY staff member I had contact went above and beyond to treat me like the only patient that existed!! They carted me back and forth to my car, CT scan, put me in a big room, fed me dinner, pain free IV, multiple tests, snacks, warm socks, warm blankets, never let me get lonely, medications, answers to multiple questions, AND prayed with me twice! Sandy, James (maybe Jamie), Rosa, Dr. Kerman, (I hope I have those names correct) and all the others were so kind, gentle, helpful, knowledgeable, and just FABULOUS! I LOVE my Hospitality ER!
