Fail
Visit was OK. The lack of office staff to take calls is very annoying to say the least. When as a patient trying one of the prescription meds new to me and I cannot get a human on the phone to answer 2 simple questions about side effects from the new med and 48 hours later sill no call back. This in my opinion is a fail to the patient experience. I have never gotten a human when calling this office.

A great, wonderful, one of a kind Doctor!!!
I love Dr. Lewandowski, I first met Dr. Lewandowski at U of M in Ann Abor, MI, and used to drive there to see him. Then he moved to Metro Hospital and had his office there. Then moved to Metro Heath where I continue to see him. They removed the Rheumatology part of Metro. I was devastated, and he sent me to another doctor to continue my infusion. He told me he would find a new place after taking some time off to spend with his family. I kept looking for Dr. Lewandoski this doctor is one of a kind, so kind, considerate, polite, understanding your pain, and knows what to do about it. He sits down and talks with you like a person that cares and he does care about his patients. I am so happy I found him. Doctors are not allowed to call their patients that had prior. Excited to see him... He knows my health issues, etc.

He listens with more than his ears. He has great bedside manner. He helps identify root cause and doesn't fall for treating only the symptoms.

Best dr I've ever seen
Truly the first and only dr to ever actually spend time listening to me and not just write me off as a complainer with vague symptoms. So sad the hospital shut down the program. Must find out where he went.
