I saw 3 surgeons before finding Dr Guzzetta. All of them seemed qualified, but none had the passion she had. She is a doctor that not only likes what she does, she is passionate about it.
Trust me... That is what you want.
During my initial consultation she was calm. She was relaxed. There was absolutely no indication that she was in a hurry or had somewhere else she needed to be.
Charcter limit is kicking in, so let me just finish with this: Go see her. You won't regret it.

I was referred to this doctor by a Star Medical rep in Plano. I called to see what the requirements were for Bariatric Surgery. I provided my ins. info for verification & they scheduled me an appt for Thurs at 8:15am. I drove 45 mins to this appt and was told that they never put be on the schedule. Unprofessional. The scheduler advised that she could add me, but the first apt is at 10am. My first thought, Uh no, it was actually 8:15am. I wld not recommend this office! What a waste of PTO!!!

Awesome doctor in every way! Great bedside manner! Skilled, careful surgeon! Professional and nice! I had her for gastric bypass and have practically no scares on my new flat tummy! There were a lot of changes in diet and things that I had to go through. She made everything seem so clear and easy!

Dr, Guzzetta is very through with all details regarding my upcoming surgery and explained all the pro/con's of the surgery; even the recovery stages. She listens intensely at every appointment, I have experienced most doctors don't. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing bariatric weight loss/surgery.

She did my gall bladder surgery. I can’t say enough positive things about her. She called me night before to see if I had any questions and to tell me what to expect. You read that tight, SHE called me not someone doing it for her. She is absolutely wonderful!

Dr. Guzzetta is absolutely amazing!! I've seen her probably 6 times this year, she in courage me on so many levels! I had a really bad month, when I saw her she lifted my spirits, she had me smiling after I was crying... this woman is very passionate and always willing to help her patients... this may sound a bit selfish on my behalf, but I wish she had a practice in multiple fields of medicine... we need more physicians like her.... OH! And you don't have to wait in the waiting room for hrs!!
