Dr. Cresswell has been my daughter's pediatrician for the last 5 years. She is extremely personable and professional, taking her time to make sure that all of her health concerns were met. I wished I had her as my daughter's pediatrician straight from delivery. You are in good hands with Dr. Angelle.

I love Dr. Cresswell! She has been my pediatrician since she was under another *will not name* pediatrician office. We always feel welcome and like family.

Horrible service service. I ask about a simple question for the operator or receptionist. She said she didn’t know, and would have someone call me back. A nurse named Angela call me. I explained to her what I wanted done. We have limited time and our 8 year old is out of school so I wanted the doctor to look over my concerns. She told me she wouldn’t tell her anything. And she made it clear that she runs the office and she would tell me what to do. She was screaming at me. And hung up. She went out and told my wife that they could not see our son, because I said something racial! That is a LIE! And she is a LIAER! and should be fired for her unprofessional attitude. Anyone that knows this woman will know that she is a terrible person. She thinks or maybe Dr. Cresswell her control things. She needs to evaluate her. I am reporting her to the ethics board, filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office for her racist lies. I hope all patients pay close attention to Angela

I am writing about her new office on Berkley Drive in Algiers. After being quoted a total cost of $80-140 for the visit and flu and strep tests our actual charge was $283. After questioning the bill, I was told office visit charges for new patients start at $180. I reminded the nurse of the quote she gave me and denied ever saying that. My daughter's prescriptions were incorrectly sent to the pharmacy, and we waited 2 hours when there was only us and one other family to be seen. Ridiculous.
