I found Dr. Nguyen to be terrific. He was reasonably prompt, but know he remains busy, as he took time to interview me, understand my reason for being there, and fully answer any and all questions I had. He was most professional, and knowledgable.

Unethical physician
Very very shady medical practice. Mr. Hai Nguyen will be getting a nice visit from the medical board very soon. His medical license needs to be revoked.

I would not recommend Dr. Hai to anyone. I had a ultrasound and the it took them almost 3 weeks to call me back only to find out it was abnormal and the NP could not explain to me the results. When I asked the nurse to have Dr. Hai to give me a call when he get a chance she replied that he doesn't call patients. This is a very unprofessional operating office.

Be prepared to spend hours here even with an appointment. Brought my newborn son in and he had no clue what was wrong. I suggested what it could be, he shot me down saying it completely can't be it, suggested we take him to the emergency room, and left me even more worried. Went to the ER just to find out my suggestion of what it could be was absolutely the problem. Wasted our time, scared us even more than we arrived, and made me feel as if he couldn't be trusted anymore.

My experience today 11/26/2016 was horrible!! I'm having a major surgery done and dr Hai rushed me out of his office and didn't answer any of my questions of concern.. I am totally disappointed.. This appointment has left me even more worried and terrified even more about the surgery. And dr Hai Nguyen didn't seem to have a care in the world and not to mention how horrible and rude the staff is..
