She was wonderful- very friendly, listened to my concerns. Not only was she passionate about getting the correct diagnosis and treatment plan but she also has a superior knowledge to work with to get you the answers. Fortunate to have seen her!

A Wonderful Dermatologist With Deplorable Office S
Dr. Chien is a superior dermatologist who is always precise, caring and skilled. However, she needs to fire the up front office staff who cancel appointments and make very little effort to notify the patients who do not have smart phones but do have e-mail. A senior woman waited a year to get an appointment only to have it cancelled, and no real effort to properly notify the patient! They are disgusting!!

I saw Dr Chien today and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and really took her time to look at my problem. She listens and really cares for her patients. Can highly recommend.

Great dermatologist and doctor. Patient, willing to engage, a doctor that puts the patient at ease. Fully explains any questions you have or conditions you may have. Can't recommend Dr. Chien enough. One caution, it may take weeks to get an appointment.

I had an appointment with Dr. Chien at her Columbia, MD office. Was able to schedule my appointment within a reasonable period of time for a specialist. The Columbia office is clean and comfortable in a fairly new office building. The equipment and furnishings are new and well-maintained. I judge Dr. Chien to be knowledgeable competent. She took time to examine my condition carefully and explained what it was and the treatment options.
