Reflux in infant
Dr. Lamb took the time to do an actual consultation with me about was was going on with my son. She filled out all nessassry paperwork and everything snowballed from there and got done. My son actually needed life saving surgery, she listen, she cared and she made sure things got done. That was 18 years ago.

Would NEVER RECOMMEND him to even my worse enemy. His waiting room hours are lengthy 4 hours or more. He refused to admit a misdiagnosis even after two negative biopsies. If i could go into detail I would and zero stars

I loved Dr. Lamb, she was the kind of doctor who genuinely cared about her patients. I loved the same day scheduling and her OMT helped me tremendously. She's impossible to replace! I'm still without a GP. No one in that office offers the same kind of treatment. Truly gifted physician. I miss her terribly. What a great loss to Rochester General. Such a shock to receive a letter from the practice stating Dr. Lamb was no longer with them and no forwarding information was available. Truly hope all is well with Dr. Lamb and her family. She seems to have disappeared without a trace.

I started seeing Dr Lamb in 2010 and she literally saved my life. I was willing to work with the 8a.m. calls because the Dr was worth it. Things changed a little when she went to Batavia Family, but still worth it to see her. Yesterday a letter came saying she has left the practice and has apparently disappeared. I called and no more info is available. Dr Lamb.....where are you?????

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Lamb since 2005, but due to the rudeness of the staff at the Bank St office we have begun the process of changing to someone else. Same day scheduling along with rude people answering the phone does NOT make for a good experience. Dr. Lamb is great...her staff sux.

I have never had any problems with Dr. Lamb. She has always taken me very seriously and sent me for proper testing. I had a life-long issue that caused severe pain and she was the only doctor who actually did anything about it. 4 ER docs and a physical therapist have said its the worst they've ever seen, but none of my previous doctors did anything at all. Dr. Lamb sent me for further testing and I should be having surgery after that. She has never steered me wrong.

I ended up in the ER twice because of her incompetent staff. It took me 7 calls and over 4 weeks to get my test results. She refused to look at anything but my gallbladder and that was not the issue. The ER visits were a direct result of her refusing to send me for the appropriate testing. I would never recommend this practice to anyone!

Same day scheduling for a doctors office is a terrible idea. It's like trying to win the lottery to get in and what if you work? They used to offer walk in hours which eased the aggravation a little but they discontinued that. When you call in to the office they are basically indifferent to you. As for getting prescriptions filled, I hope you don't need right away. They wait until the end of business to send them out. I've had the doctor called after hours because they weren't sent. Frustrating

I feel she doesn't care about her patients. She was rude and acted like I was crazy when I told her my symptoms. I told her my gallbladder hurt yet she refused to send a script to my GI Doctor because SHE didn't think it was that, even after they asked me multiple times to get one from her! Turns out my GB is barely even functioning! I also told her my thyroid was swollen and she went to feel it, but in the completely wrong place. You're a doctor of how many years? Will never go there again.

Dr. Anna Lamb is the BEST Dr. in Batavia - I have been a patient of hers for over 12 years now and I have had nothing but EXCELLENT CARE from her - she goes above and beyond for her patients and she's very thorough with letting me know what is wrong, how she's going to treat me and gives me knowledge of why I may be sick and how to prevent it. Elaine and Margaret and the other office staff are Awesome! Dr. Laura is a great Dr. too!

this doctor does not allow you to make appointments ahead of time. You have to call at 8 in the am, and hope she has something available. It makes it impossible to try to get in if your job starts before 8 am without taking a day off, then you still may not get in. She also does not take medical conditions seriously and caused me to deal with extreme discomfort for too long without giving me a proper diagnosis. I would not recommend her in any situation what so ever.

So far, the past 2+ years has been difficult at best. You must call for an appt at 8AM, and if you don't get through, you wait for another day. initially, I thought the Nurses were good, but as time went by, I found that they really aren?t concerned with your problems. I have waited for over 12 months for them to get an answer on insurance, and I called again last week and they acknowledged that they sent one letter March 2015, but still have no answer. I am looking for a new doctor now.
