On-Call Nightmare

Tried to call my doctor's office nurse triage line with moderately high blood pressure and a history of preeclampsia. The triage nurse 'consulted' with her and in less than 5 minutes, the two of them decided that I wasn't allowed to schedule an appointment at the clinic and if I wanted routine, non-emergency, prenatal care, I had to go to the hospital. I don't think she had time to read my chart in the less than 5 minutes that the consultation lasted. So if you want a doctor who doesn't read your chart and who's solution to every problem is to go to the hospital, this is the doctor for you.
