Dr. Anoosheh Behrooz, MD

Dr. Behrooz billed me $70 for asking me if I wanted tobacco counseling. I told her I'd think about it. She gave me a booklet about smoking and said I could sign up at the receptionist desk. That's it. I didn't sign up for it. She spent a few minutes on the subject. So, $70 for 5 minutes is $840 an hour. I called to dispute the bill and her staff was rude and insisted I must pay. They finally agree to remove the charge after a huge runaround. I wouldn't trust Dr. Behrooz or her staff.

I can’t recommend her enough. She is very patient, caring and compassionate. She makes you feel like every concern you have is the most important thing. I also feel very comfortable talking to her about anything. Everything you would want in a family doctor. She also is very good at remember who you are and little things about you, makes you feel important. Can’t say enough good things!

My daughter started seeing Dr. Behrooz in her early teens, when she became uncomfortable her male pediatrician (who we liked very much) but there are just some topics she wasn't comfortable talking to him about. Dr. Behrooz's patience, thoroughness and compassion immediately put us both at ease, and I am also now her patient. She remembers details from previous appointments beyond the medical history notes, and talks with us individually and as a family unit. She has taken excellent care of us.

I like her. She's pleasant and actually listens to my thoughts and concerns. The office staff is always friendly and efficient. Have recommended this practice to many people.

Consistently ordered exuberant tests and sent to specialists while putting the fear of God in you that you were dying. On more than one occasion these specialists literally said your primary physician wasted both of our time today. A bladder infection resulted in a $2k ultrasound to show nothing. Often a two day wait or I resorted going to an Urgent Care. I like the head nurse, the other office physician was just as bad. Better chance looking at WebMD.
