I don't want to leave any stars
This office is a joke. My wife was scheduled for surgery for a herniated disc and she called this office to schedule a pre-op appt before her surgery, which she attempted to do on Tues to schedule the appt. She spoke with an office member that confirmed she would put in an URGENT request to get the pre-op appt, and that she would get a call back. She never received any call back and was told they could get her in at 230 pm today or she would have to postpone her surgery. This office is unorganized and makes excuses for their errors. Trust me, go somewhere else.

Stroke Symptoms
My mother called for an appointment because she was having symptoms of a possible stroke. The office gave her appt for March 3rd and had a nurse call her back. The nurse that called back told her to go to the ER on February 23rd. We went immediately and she was discharged after an overnight for tests and observation on the 24th. Discharge instructions was to be seen on March 3rd for follow-up appt. Feb 28th get a call that the office accidently double booked two new patients and the dr will not see two new patients on the same day. My mother's appt was canceled and the soonest they could get her in was the first half of April after an ER visit. That level of care is something that any physician, PA, NP or hospital group should be embarrassed by; let alone worried of any legal consequences if something does happen to her in that time. Thank you for the example of care that we can expect from you and your office.

He is the best. Always has time to listen to your questions and find an answer that suits you best. I highly recommend him. I moved from the Wauconda But I still make the drive to see him. The girls in the office and at the front desk are great. Trust me. If you need a good doctor for your family he is the one

I was happy with the care I recieved from Dr Cipolla once I could get an appointment. It had become almost impossible to get an appointment when I was sick. Continuously told to go to an urgent care center. Started to wonder what I had a PCP for. Also my referrals took several phone calls for them to be sent to the Specialist. Had to call their answering service and wait for them to call back no matter what the issue was. Often it was easier to go to the office in person. Sadly I decided to change my primary care physician but am much happier and my appointments are less stressful.

Front desk people are not very friendly or helpful
I went for a visit to see Dr. Cipolla. I felt he was good and address all my concerns. Checking in and leaving is a different story! The receptionist were rude and not very friendly or helpful when I asked questions. Because of that, I can't give 5 stars.

1/27/2022 Every time my daughter tries to schedule an appointment, she's told, for example today, she cannot get in to see the Dr until March 2nd. Every time it's at least a month or even more to get in, and to even get a telehealth visit is a joke!! The front desk staff are rude and snooty, and inconsiderate. I personally have spoke to them on the phone and Bonnie is real rude, short, and unprofessional. Genevieve is the only one that my daughter and myself have gotten return calls or has answered the phone in Cippola's office thats in fact kind, and a heck of a lot more professional.

Needed to find a GP, and I'm glad I found Dr. Cipolla! My first visit was wonderful, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and put me on a course of treatment that should alleviate my issues. Very funny, and intelligent. He will be my new family doctor.

Very frustrated with this office and Dr Cipolla. My prescriptions have not changed for 20 years. Because of COVID, I don't want to go for a physical, so the doctor will not refill my prescriptions with out it. So, now I have no prescriptions and they won't refill them. I asked for a 30 day supply and they said no. Keep in mind my prescriptions have not changed in 20 years, but because I have not seem him in over a year, no prescription.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cipolla. He is truly a fantastic doctor. He listens, he cares, he knows his stuff and he does an incredible job with me health care. The only reasons I can't give any more stars is: Always no less then 20 minutes late past appointment time. The ladies at the front desk are not friendly or pleasant and somewhat disrespectful. It would be nice to be greeted with a simple hello and maybe a smile rather then a cold stare waiting for me to introduce myself. I am a very up beat and friendly person with a happy and positive outlook. It gets real hard to keep that attitude with rude people but I do. When I ask how late they are running they tell me I don't know and leave it at that. A younger gal was working an afternoon I went in and I had asked. She told me she'd find out for me. 25 minutes later she had yet to find out for me. They are not very polite on the phone at all and very defensive can do no wrong.

Just started seeing Dr. Cipolla recently and he's a fantastic doctor. Always listens to everything you need and have to say and has great down to earth responses to all of your needs. He listens and doesnt just give you a scripted response. I recommend him to everyone I know.
