On a visit to Dr. Sibley’s office, he inserted a camera up through my uretha to get a view of my bladder. As it was being inserted it hurt tremendously and felt everything. I told him I wasn’t numb yet. I started sweating and felt faint. His response to me was, “Oh, it doesn’t hurt that bad”. I never returned. The front desk lady wasn’t welcoming and acted as if I was a burden to her. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Wasn’t able to get past receptionistS to make an appointment. Poor English. Hospital referred me but would not set appointment w/o my PCP referral. I was very insulted by their questions and lack of professionalism.

I have never in my life seen such unprofessional staff than I have at this office. They scheduled my husband to have surgery. Called the fri before that Mon Told him to be there at 730. The receptionist was late and didn’t show up til 745Then come to find out he’s not on surgery schedule. He got a email for the date and time Tho. Lost days work because of this Also trying to now reschedule surgery and it’s a nightmare. Receptionist not nice. Wait time 2 hours for 1st visit go to a different doc!!

Had a terrible experience. Judging by his many years practicing, I thought he would have seen nearly everything there is to see. Long story short, he began a procedure too soon, before the numbing agent had time to take effect, because he was behind schedule. He then made the same mistake again shortly after, and was very rude about it. Also ended up with an infection, which was fun. At first he seems like a genuine guy, but when there are complications, he becomes arrogant and rude. Beware.
