Worst doctor ever! “I get paid either way.” -Dr. Z
Dr. Stanley Zaslau entered to reiterate that which a previous doctor and I had discussed for over ten minutes. In the process of doing such he stated twice that “I don’t care if you agreed with me or not” and I just nodded my head (a bit confused why he was talking like this because the previous doctor was the most caring doctor I’ve ever met) and told him, “That’s fine you are the doctor and I believe you.” He then spoke again of not caring about whether I believed him or not because “I get paid either way.” What a smug, arrogant response! I feel terrible for those who have been through much worse than me and have heard his tone. I feel bad for great doctors and the nurses that have to be around him all day. Every one of them was very compassionate and made me feel heard, not rushing me. I can’t imagine dealing with this Dr. Stanley Zaslau everyday as the chairman (and head, I believe) of the Urology department.

Dr. Zaslau is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met. He has helped turn around one of the most horrendous experiences a young woman could ever imagine going through. I thank him and his staff with all my heart. This has not been easy and I know the future will still be tough but knowing I am in your care has been such a relief. Thank you, thank you!

I just met Dr. Zaslau for the first time today after being referred. I have multiple chronic conditions and I have suffered for years and struggled to find a doctor who would take the time to actually review my COMPLETE history and then take the time to explain everything to me in detail and help me to understand how they relate. He is the first doctor in years who actually showed genuine concern and a want to help me have a better quality of life! To be completely honest, I went into this appointment feeling very hopeless and frustrated and he restored my faith in just one visit! HIGHLY recommend! Such a breath of fresh air!!!

Dr. Zaslau spoke at length with me prior to a procedure. I had never met him before. He is extremely intelligent and explained everything to me in depth, spending a lot of time with me. He was very reassuring and competent. I am a disabled nurse and have met hundreds, if not more doctors in over 30 years in nursing. Dr. Zaslau is at the top of my list as one of the best I have ever known in my opinion.

Fantastic. I’m so thankful for Dr. Zaslou. He is a rarity for this day and time. From very first appointment he had my complete trust and confidence. He is the most knowledgeable that I have experienced in his field. Such a personable and caring individual. I’m blessed to be in his care. He has already greatly improved my quality of life. He told me he was going to help me and he has done everything to do just that. I highly recommend Dr. Zaslou to anyone with urinary dysfunction.

Has not been personable or helpful at all throughout my experience with him. Started my process with him almost a year ago and he still has not given me a straight answer or treatment plan. It seems like it is test after test and scan after scan with a different answer every time and he never puts fourth any effort to communicate with me and does NOT have a flexible schedule at all. The only positive is you never have to wait long after you've managed to get an appt. because he herds you out.

Over the years he listens less and less to me... No matter how much pain or what the problem is... Just as the others has said about him, he don't even listen to me, just in and out of the room in under 2 mins and he is done... Years ago he cared and wanted to help, but now its like he does not even care just in and out, does not even listen to a word I say..........
