After waiting for 45 minutes to be seen the doctor rushed me and when I was asking question and wanted more clarity about the plugs he was putting in my eyes was very upset and raised his voice at me. I was very scared.

**As an update to the review, THey finally reached out to me and after an appointment today, I am feeling hopeful, I have upgraded the score and will update more later**I had cataract surgery, they put in a lens I specifically asked them NOT to and I am in a fight to get my eyesight back. Any honorable facility would do what it right to correct their error, but this one wants to sweep it under the rug. His office director Vanessa has said she would get back to me but 2 weeks later she has not, has left one very unacceptable email that was pretty rude. I should not have to hire an attorney to get this fixed but it seems that is my only option at this point. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not care about quality patient care, only care about pushing the most expensive option. They do not listen to the needs of patients
