Ridiculous how long it takes to get in for a mammogram. Ended up going to Sentara for initial mammogram and biopsy then had the hassle of trying to get medical records

I have always had a good experience with Dr. Ruiz. His office and staff members are so attentive. The location is great for me too. Dr. Ruiz is always so pleasant and knowledgable. Been a pleasure with his practice.

Dr. Ruiz and Nurse Navigator , Meg, were very thorough with breast cancer information that I needed. Spoke and explained so my family and I could understand. Happy they are handling appointments needed.

Routine post operative check up for breast cancer. Dr. Ruiz is wonderful explaining expectations, up coming tests(rechecks), and immediate schedule of next appointment. All of my questions and concerns were answered. He has a soothing bedside manner. His team are very caring and knowledgeable. I will recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Ruiz is an exceptional doctor who cares for his patients. I am grateful to have him guide me through my breast cancer journey. The nurse who called with biopsy results was also very knowledgeable and professional.

I sit in this doctors office every time I have appointment they are never on time I was in there for 45 mins and the last time I waited a hour I try to get the first appointment and still have to wait
