Very impersonal manner; sent two copies of a letter to inform me she was moving her practice that both started with 'Dear patient.' Called me about eye exam results that indicated no change (even slight improvement) from the previous year,, saying they were bad. When I saw her in person two months later, she said I was overdue for the eye exam and didn't remember calling.She focuses on high numbers and dismisses good numbers. I tried a new CGM that was constantly inaccurate by 100 points or more (high and low), and she said my control was poor even though I had an A1C of 5.8 (which she said was really over 7 because I'm anemic; my nephrologist, who tested my iron levels, said I'm so slightly anemic that shouldn't have an impact on my A1C). She justified her assertion of poor control by pointing to a series of high readings that were just spot-checks when I knew my CGM was reading way too low (making the numbers an inadequate sample set).

Refused all insulin for a patient with blood sugar over 3x the normal range.

Terrible physician. Her office and affiliate hospital has continued billing me extraneous charges for a year since my sub-par visit with this woman. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER.
