Dr. Arnaldo Da Silva, MD

I was really depending on this 'doctor' to give me some answers on why I have been having headaches for the past almost 2 years. He was useless. He kept interrupting me, did not listen to me, and continued to assume inaccurate things about me. He rushed through the appointment; in fact, he did not even look at my EKG until my mom asked him how it looked and told him to go look at it. I was nearly in tears by the end of the appointment at how frustrated I was at him. I left the appointment with the same diagnosis as before without him considering any other options, was told that my 15 headaches a month was not that bad, and was just prescribed more medications without actually knowing the root of the problem. The new medication that he gave me did not help me.

I have unusual symptoms and Dr. Da Silva was very thorough about asking me questions so he could reach a diagnosis. He is pleasant, kind, caring, and empathetic. My experience talking to him on this first visit was unusually pleasing because of his attentiveness to understanding what is going on. The office is clean. The staff is efficient and cordial.

Very nice person along with being an intelligent, responsible and brilliant physician. I enjoyed my visit with him and do recommend him.

Met with Dr, da Silva today for the first time based on a referral. He was extremely thorough, took time to ask and answer questions, and walked me through the options for treatment. I felt as though I was in the care of a highly qualified and caring practitioner. I would highly recommend him.

I’ve been to migraine specialist from Philadelphia to West Palm Beach over the last 25 years. When you have a difficult situation most doctors give up. I finally found a doctor that wants to help me. Over the last year Dr. DaSilva has worked miracles! He’s cut my migraines down to half. If you want migraine relief, go see Dr. DaSilver!!!!

I'm not really sure about dr. DeSilva because I never saw him. I tried reaching his office for three days and no one called me back until I got ahold of someone else in the office there. I was trying to see if my insurance was going to cover a simple procedure that I would need and the problem is the girl that I spoke with would not give me a direct answer and kept talking over me and making me feel very Rush! She couldn't even give me a calm explanation. So I canceled my appointment with dr. DiSilva because of the girl that works for him that I spoke with on the phone today. I'm not going to waste my money on an appointment if my procedure is not going to be covered by insurance. And I was referred to him by one of his co-workers dr. Stone who is wonderful.!!

Wonderful Doctor. Truly cares about his patients and works hard to try to help them. A rare find today

Horrible traumatic experience!!! Do not go to him with ICP issues!! He only treats Migraines & Headaches and I was TOLD when I called that he treats Concussions, ICP without headaches/migraines and would review my Spect Scan report and Brain Mapping that showed damage from concussion- He refused to read either which showed damage to my brain!!!!!!! Total waste of time & money and left traumatized as he was last hope. Did not want to put ANY STARS but FORCED to in order to send review!!!

I absolutely love Dr. da Silva, I had over 162 migraines in a year, and now I only get one maybe once a month if that. He always takes his time with you, answers any questions that you have and truly listens to you. I would definitely recommend him.

I've been suffering from chronic migraines for over 10 years. Nothing my previous doctors recommended helped me. I thought I was going to have to live with them for the rest of my life...until I met Dr. Da Silva at Palm Beach Neurology. I walked in for my appointment with a terrible migraine which had lasted for 3 days and walked out with a big smile on my face (and no migraine!) thanks to Dr. Da Silva. If you suffer from migraines, I recommend seeing him. He took the time to answer all of my questions and is an amazing doctor with bedside manner to match! Bonus: The entire staff including Maria and Lucy are so helpful and nice!

I suffer from cluster headaches, a severe form of headache occurring in "clusters" of time. When I saw Dr Da Silva I was in the middle of my cycle(usually lasting 6 weeks of daily headaches often multiple times a day). Over the next few weeks he tried multiple approaches in an orderly progression which resulted in a reduction and intensity of the headaches. As a fellow physician, I can tell you he is a very compassionate and smart physician. You will not find anyone better to manage your headach

After 40 years of headaches, I found Dr. Da Silva! Excellent practitioner, patient w questions, treated me respectfully, was up-to-date on latest medical info, kind, great bedside manner--and he has a sense of humor! What a plus! He is truly the best neurologist I have seen since 1971! Office staff is great!

I've worked with Dr. Da Silva for years. I had seen multiple neurologist over the past 10 years for the constant head pain I'd been living with. Dr. Da Silva took his time with me during my first visit and identified the condition I was suffering from. None of my previous neurologists had bothered to analyze the symptoms to identify that I wasn't dealing with a routine migraine. Over the next several months, Dr. Da Silva developed a customized care plan to allow me to live pain-free.
