Good first impression, lack of follow through
I was referred to Dr Nagaraj by my PCP. The initial consult went well, although I would suggest his assistant needs training in not interrupting patients when answering her questions. Dr Nagaraj didn't rush the appointment and seemed interested in helping me. He ordered a blood test and said he'd put through an order for vestibular therapy. 2 weeks passed and no one from the therapy place had contacted me. And no one followed up with me about the blood work. I called the therapy place and they had received no order. I left a voicemail and a message at Texas Neurology's portal. Days passed with no response.At that point, I decided to move on from Dr Nagaraj and Texas Neurololgy

Dr Nagaraj seems very knowledgeable about Multiple Sclerosis, and he is very personable. He explains conditions and medications easily and understandably. I only went to him because my regular neurologist, whom I had been going to for 25 years suggested him because of his knowledge and education. After my appointment, I will continue working with him and his staff.

First impressions,loved the doc! My wife had a serious reaction to the new med he prescibed! We called 4 times and left urgent messages to call us-no one ever called us back-very very disappointed!!!
