Was Dr Munis patient and taking prescribed med. Trying to make a follow up appointment by telephone is IMPOSSIBLE. His office put me on endless hold on several occasions. He is a good Doc but has a TERRIBLE practice management process. You may love him but you may never get to see him again. The worst business management system I have ever seen and I am 83 years old. I gave up and got a referral to a new Doc from my primary care. Goodbye and good luck to Dr. Munis. YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED A NEW APPOINTMENT SYSTEM FOR YOUR PATIENTS.
