Bad doctor

He is the attending at St Vincent's. 'The Hospitalist'. He never examined me once yet wrote he did in my documentation. He sat in a chair across the room, yet documented all these exams he never did. Eyes, chest etc. Documented so many errors. 'Morbidly obese' when I'm BARELY obese BMI by 6 pounds. I would have to be 55 lb heaver. THEN wrote I was on insulin and needed it in the same paragraph as my A1C being NORMAL at 5.5 WHAT? Never in my life had diabetes. He's headstrong, insisting my HBP meds prescribed by my highly respected St Vincent's cardiologist and internist weren't necessary even though I have AFIB and Cushings. Secondary to HBP! I was in there for AFIB ablation. Luckily I brought my own home meds in my bag. What do you expect. This is the hospital that has a pharmacy computer system that changes your meds dangerously randomly and THREW AWAY MY CLOTHING while I was in surgery. Where I had to get my OWN blood pressure cuff delivered - they refuse to check less than 4 hrs.

I would give zero if allowed. Dr Khan has no business in a hospital. He is the phantom doctor as you never see him, does he even exist?? These were our thoughts while our elderly mother was in St Vincent’s for a week. He is truly summed up quickly as Completely Useless and an empty white coat.
