I was recommended to see Dr. Barbetta and on September 29th, I went in to see him to have an estimate done for having 1 and 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled. I was informed that someone from the office would reach out to me a day or two later to go over costs and to set up an appointment for the procedure if I wanted to continue with them. Nothing happened, so after waiting two weeks I called and was told I'd be called back with pricing. Nothing happened. I called again after two weeks and once again nothing. The final and third time I called, I was told, this would be sent up to the supervisor and I'd be called back. That call took place on 10.31.23 and as of today (11.14.23) almost 2 months after the "Consultation Appointment", I still haven't received a call nor given pricing for the cost of the procedure, and yet I am being charged for the "Service" that was never fully completed.

He was very efficient in explaining what he was going to be doing during the biopsy procedure. Explained I needed to see a Oral Medicine practice for comprehensive evaluation and care. Gave me the information with the only two facilities that have a doctor that specializes in oral conditions.
