Caring and Professional
100% RECOMMEND!!! My 6 yr. old granddaughter's newly pierced ear swelled and 'swallowed' her earring, becoming severely infected and painful. She would scream in pain just to the touch. Her PC, understandably didn't want to attempt to remove the earring and referred us to ER. The physician there seemed knowledgeable and caring, however did not want to attempt removal either (lots of screaming in pain). The next morning, I called Skin & Allergy and spoke to Kenzie, explaining our situation. She spoke with Dr. Hayes who not only explained the procedure in detail, but since there was so much infection involved, worked us into his schedule during lunch time! Dr. Hayes removed the earring quickly with minimal pain. My granddaughter was actually giggling and this grandma was so relieved! We were in the office no more than 30 minutes.

Not only the best doctor around, he is the best Dermatologist in middle Tennessee. He knows what to do & how to treat your issue(s) with the best possible outcome! He explains things like you are a person, not like a third year medical student. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have taken to looking at reviews before I see a new Dr. and Dr. Hayes had mostly good reviews. However, there were a few "one Stars". I cannot fathom the reasoning behind these reviews. Dr. Hayes and his office staff were professional, prompt and definitely explained what my skin growths were all about and did not push for even a liquid nitrogen treatment. I would highly recommend him

He is very nice and the entire office staff are great as well I have NF1 and have to have neurofibromas removed. He had done a great job with very little to no scaring. I recently had to go in for a different reason. I could not see Dr. Hayes so I saw Kelly she was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I would recommend Dr. Hayes. I have seen him a couple times. Was traveling to Spring Hill office from Pulaski, TN. Because I had been seeing Dr. Robb. He suggested to cut out some drive time for me, because he is in the Columbia office 3 or 4 days a week he would be glad to see me there. Dr. Hayes has a relaxed and laid back attitude, which makes him easier to understand when he is explaining things. If you are looking for a doctor that is down to earth he is your guy.

I’ve been to see Dr Hayes on multiple occasions. In each instance I found him to be extremely caring and knowledgeable in his interactions with me and his diagnoses of my skin issues; of which I’ve had several bouts of all 3 varieties of skin cancers. Fortunately, he’s been able to diagnose and treat all of them quickly and completely. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone who is in need of a very fine and caring dermatologist.
