Dr. Ben Martin is outstanding and has a good personality. My visits and his diagnosis's of my labs and treatment results are always explained for me to understand. Thank you Doctor.

No waiting. Everyone was very courteous. Dr.Martin was concise and to the point. He took time to explain and was patient with my questions. It was a very positive experience.

I love Dr Martin. I had a cancerous tumor on my left kidney. He removed it without any problems. I also have stage 4 kidney disease so he was very careful.

I went to see this doctor in May 2021 and completed the testing he requested. I have not been able to get the results in spite of trying numerous times. His assistant was rude on the telephone and said I cannot access results OR the physicians portal until I've been to see him more times. I would recommend you seek a different urologist. This has been a headache and still no results. Only a bill.

He’s Great... As long as you’re rich! Dr Martin was my surgeon for a nephrectomy. (Keep in mind, i didn’t elect to get cancer and have an organ removed.) I am, by no means poor, but I am far from rich... I have great insurance and the balance remaining from my surgery after my insurance paid is around $500. I went in for a follow up appointment and I was refused to be seen because I could not pay the amount due in full. I was not given the option to make a payment or set up a payment plan!!! I thought maybe it was the decision of the office staff and have made several phone calls to the doctor to see what could be done. NO RESPONSE! Evidently, this doctors office and doctor only care about the money and nothing about the patient! Save yourself the stress and find a doctor that cares about his/her patient and understands that unexpected bills can be a burden.

I am 74.Four years ago I was in terrible shape.I could not urinate very well(sometimes not at all), a lot of pain etc... I then saw Dr. Martin. After my first examination he told me that he could help me with surgery. I was stupid,scared of the surgery,told him no and stuck with the pills I had been taking for years.Dr. Martin did not press me even as my condition got worse. Finally, I had the surgery and now I urinate like a 20 yr old,easily without pain.Dr Martin is the BEST-MY HERO .
