Hip Pain consultation
Dr Coobs listened and asked me pertinent questions. Very detailed in describing what is needed by me, PT then surgery. Great conversationalist, put me at ease right away!

Nurses did a better job getting getting me into an exam room on my last couple of visits. Waiting to see Dr. Coobs was rather ridiculous with upward of 45 minutes. That being said, Dr. Coobs has good bedside manner. I had a total hip and had absolutely no bruising. The procedure went as expected. Other than time management, I believe that Dr. Coobs is an excellent surgeon.

I had two severe injuries to my left shoulder about 45 years ago. I never had either one treated. I, finally, decided to talk to Dr. Coobs after all of these years. I told him to do what he thought was best. Dr. Coobs replaced my shoulder joint and now It feels like it did before the injuries were ever done. He's been very good to me. He is trusted completely.

Waiting will be long in the waiting room but Dr. Coobs is one of the few doctors that actually spend time with their patients. For me, that's worth the wait. He did my hip surgery which was a success. I'm very happy with Dr. Coobs!

Waiting in the waiting area was rediculous. Told me to be there at 9:30, thought I had to fill paperwork, but I didn't and my appointment wasn't until 10:05. I didn't get called until 10:45,so I waited from 9:30 to 10:45- crazy. Then when in the room I waited like 20 minutes for the doctor. Doctor Coons is nice in general but he is hard to talk to and he doesn't listen to what you say. I felt like the appointment was a waste of time. Don't want to go back but I have to.
