Billie Jean Crigger is the best ENT I have been to she takes her time and tells you exactly what is wrong with you and treats you in a professional manner and also finds what is wrong with you I've been to multiple ENT and I will not go anywhere else but her

Dr. Crigger is concerned about her patients. She takes time to go over all the details of the patient’s medical problems and what she plans to do to help them. She doesn’t rush you and she listens to you. She wants to help you.

Everything about my visit was great. I got in quickly, she addressed my problem, and gave me relief for now. She answered all my questions and has given me hope for the future. I didn’t feel rushed, and she was very compassionate and made me feel so comfortable. I’m looking forward to seeing her again in 2 weeks.

She is a wonderful doctor. When our son was sick she called to check on him three times a day. She treated him for having Covid 19. One of the most caring and wonderful doctors we’ve ever met.

Yes I would recommend her. She is very thorough. She explains things to you. Very few doctors have taken the time to explain things the way she has to me. She is kind and considerate and went out of her way to take of me and then to call and check on me was unexpected.

Very friendly ENT and cared to ask in depth questions. Helped me understand and treated my throat/swallowing and neck pain. In depth exam to rule out what i feared it might be. Nice office and friendly staff!!

Dr. Crigger is, by far, the most patient and caring provider I’ve ever seen. She gives ample time to ask questions, details what she’s doing and why, and empowers you to be proactive about your care. She helped me with my stuffy/muted ear, amongst several other things. You can tell she really cares about her patients.
