Visit was quick to schedule and staff was friendly. Doctor himself barely listened to me. Immediately after 10 words from me he just looked at my ears, nose, and mouth. Didn't want to listen to my questions about my other symptoms. Just gave me a diagnostic of an "incurable" condition and recommended me using a sound app for my phone... He barely explained the condition, and ignored my questions about it. As I left his room, he told me to stop using "voodoo" practices, which I find racist given my ethnicity.

This was the most negative condescending experience. He was not willing to help my earache much less be even the least bit interested in helping me WHATSOEVER I URGE YOU TO FIND ANOTHER ENT.

I saw Dr. Nitzberg last week for a chronic sinus condition and nasal polyps. He very patiently and thoroughly went over my CT images. He then prescribed two medications that have already greatly improved my condition.

After having cold symptoms and chronic cough for 3 months straight I was hopeful that a visit to an ENT would help me find an answer and solution to this ongoing problem. Instead, I left the visit feeling more dismayed and like a had just had a "twilight zone" experience. I found the doctor did not want to hear about my symptoms and just dismissed everything I had to say and talked over me when I tried to ask questions. office looks like they just moved in and haven't fully set up shop.

When I visited Dr Nitzberg with fluid in the right ear, he said he looked in my ear and did not see any fluid. I told him I had just taken a flight, my ear was clogged. I could not hear. He became rude and nasty-stating again that nothing was wrong .His bedside manner was totally unprofessional...I went to another ear specialist the very next day and had to have my ear drained by a small puncture in the ear drum. The fluid was released and I could hear again.. I would never refer Dr. Nitzberg.

Dr. Nitzberg has been nothing but professional with my family. My son needed tubes in his ear, so we see him every 6 months to check on him. We very rarely have to wait and scheduling appointments is quick and easy. 2 office locations makes seeing him easy.
