Arrived at my schedule time, waited 5 minutes, they took me back for couple X-rays, back to my room, waited 5 minutes saw Dr Prybis. He’s always friendly, energetic, takes the time I need to go over details of my surgery and post surgery questions and procedures. I really love him!

Dr Prybis collapsed my lung when he administered a cortisone shot to my back without aid of nurse or xray (both of which are considered standard in the field especially given I am a female patient). He managed to puncture my lung and inject it with the contents of the syringe, leaving a hole that would not only cause the collapse of my left lung but would also allow the air I breathed in to escape into my chest cavity - with no way for it to escape back out which caused a slow crushing of other organs in my chest cavity. I returned to the office within three hours due to the increasing pain I was experiencing but was refused both when I reqyested to see Dr Prybis as well as his nurse. I was told if I was in that much pain then I could take myself to the emergency room. Which I did, whereupon they immediately took xrays and identified the collapsed lung as well as the air escaping into my chest cavity. They had to call for a surgeon, who had to cut me open and put in chest tube
