I had been going to Augusta Pain Clinic for over 10 years when my Dr. There left for UVA, In March 2014 Dr. Cashion saw me for the first time, Me a Country Boy with Ear Rings was given a strange look by him and after he looked at my Medications I had been on for over 8 years with no change he started being critical and sent me to a drug test which is procedural with being on Opiates, When I returned for my next visit he started off by saying I must have been diverting med or my family where stealing from me as my test showed little to know med in my blood test, I told him he had lost his mind and left, He didn't understand that all my test where sent directly to my PCP who had a Copy of my Test which showed proper levels of medications, So he was caught in a Lie, I Reported him to VADH Investigator in which they did not report what action they gave him but Augusta Medical busted him Down from Head of Pain Clinic to giving Anesthesia for Scoping Butts. He is a Judgemental Racist.

Dr. Cashion was my anesthesiologist when I had lung surgery in November 2015, he was a very concerned and caring physician and made several post-operative visits to me in the ICU although he did not have to. He was attentive to me before and after surgery. As a retired RN, I tend to hold physicians and hospitals to a very high standard. Dr. Cashion EXCEEDED that standard and I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.
