No time for me
Once I even suggested I might delay surgery, he seemed to check out of the conversation and would not answer further questions, neither in person that day nor via the patient portal’s built-in system for follow up questions within 7 days (I sent the questions the same or next day). Charged three hundred and sixty dollars for a ten minute meeting in which he did not answer all questions.

You will not find a better knee surgeon than Dr. Nelson. He did my second ACL surgery after another unfortunate soccer injury. I felt like he gave me all the information necessary to make an informed decision about what was best for me. He was always supportive through the process and genuinely seemed to care about my personal goals and needs, and the ultimate outcome. I have never met a surgeon with such a warm, caring bedside manner. My knee is doing great, so thank you, Dr. Nelson!

HE is a great Doctor, if you have a issue that is out of the normal issues he will work at finding the answer. And will follow up to make sure that the treatment is working. Will take time to discuss with you what is going on. Will try different things before he will do surgery. Which I like, not a fan of Doctors that also want to do surgery right away. HE is very friendly, if you do have surgery he will take time to explain to your family what he did and does not make you feel rushed
