I will never return to this practice. To start with, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes for my appointment when no one was in the office. Next, Dr. Nelson talked to me as if I had no issues and was stupid for coming in, which I did not appreciate. I was hoping that was the case, however given the symptoms I was experiencing I wanted to verify that (which is the point of going to the doctor last time I checked). Dr. Nelson's attitude could greatly improve and make his patients feel like he cares about the services he is rendering. Nurses were joking around and talking while I waited in the room for my additional services. Then I was prescribed a heart monitor for a week upon which 3 weeks after my visit I received an EOB & bill stating this was $7,500 for this service. Of course my insurance is covering a portion of this, however I was never informed that I would potentially incur this much in charges. Also let me mention that the monitor was a complete waste and showed nothing as I

Dr Nelson was very astute in helping us find a diagnosis for my daughter’s heart concerns. He stepped in and took the reins in leading us down a path to find a solution for her illness. He truly listened to all of our concerns and really cared about my daughter’s well-being. The office staff and nurses were wonderful! They were always very receptive and helpful if I ever needed anything.
