Mediocre
Someone’s blunder at the office (now blamed on a glitch in the system ha!) has caused me to spend hundred of dollars on contacts with the wrong prescription from this office- I got an apology and a new prescription. This office needs to take responsibility for their mistake.

Dr Strong is very professional, thorough and compassionate. I went to him regarding cataract surgery. Since I have a complex case (radial keratotomy in my 30s and Lasix in my 50s) he was able to accommodate a comprehensive treatment plan. After completely painless surgery on each eye, I now have 20/20 distance vision. Thanks!

He spends time time with you and makes sure you understand your exam. If there are further test to be made they are given or your scheduled for the exam to be given. He’s a very nice man. He is extremely smart. He follows through with the information given to you. If your diagnosis is serious or extreme he continues to contact you until you take the steps necessary to get the proper help with the diagnosis. His diagnosis helped me be proactive about his suspicions. He’s one of A kind. WONDERFUL!

I've been going to Dr. Strong for several years now and really like and trust him. He's very thorough and always explains what he's doing and asks if you have any questions, then answers them thoroughly. He doesn't make you feel rushed and his primary concern seems to be the well-being of his patients. I will continue going to him and would highly recommend him.
