Dr. Keller was unprofessional toward me in visits
Instances include being late to appointments and being less attentive than other nearby psychiatrists. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Keller to my friends. Dr. Keller's behavior was not as professional compared to others I have seen. Please go visit a different psychiatrist. I'm experienced in the medical field and can attest to the fact that Dr. Keller isn't as professional as others in a whole range of ways.

Highly incompetent, unethical
I was shocked at Dr. Keller's treatment of disabled persons. I lost a half of a leg in Vietnam, and sought help from him, but he was demonstrative in his misdiagnosis of PTSD. Extremely unethical, as well as the billing practices being totally unaligned with what is advertised.

Has neglected care. Unable to see him now
I was traumatized by the long wait times. I have notified the bosses of this doctor of his misdeeds in regard to his incapability of conducting operations as a psychiatrist. I was a Purple Heart recipient of the US Army. His sick treatment of PTSD made me distraught.

Dr. Keller was not qualified when treating me.
I’m a 20-yr United States Navy Officer, and I can attest to the fact that when seeing Dr. Keller, all I got was a demeaning tone. I was distraught at the way not only how he treated me, but his blatant misdiagnosis of PTSD. It is incredibly tough on my family, as treatment for my cardiac arrest needed to be administered due to the effects of his lack of knowledge of medicine. He overcharges, on top of all the misdiagnoses.

Horrific experience caused tremendous trauma
I’m a 30-year United States Navy Officer in numerous wars, in which I saw my brothers bleed in the war zones. Mental Health is a serious matter and ought not to be discounted in terms of its importance. I could not believe PTSD wasn’t taken seriously by Dr. Keller. He doesn’t take his job seriously, and is very focused on profits. It caused me so much pain that I felt all alone. Please choose your doctor wisely, and god bless.

He told me to research borderline personality disorder (as if to diagnose myself) and when I went back to see him I told him it did sound like I could have that. Then he refused to diagnose me. When I asked what the point was in having me research it then snd he responded with "so you can choose to not act like that". I was extremely offended and I can assure someone that I do not choose to have my diagnoses nor do I purposefully decide to hurt myself. Its something I cannot help.
