I had a car accident in 2016 which broke both my legs and thanks to Dr Tinkler’s care and knowledge I am now walking again. In the last seven years we have had some obstacles we had To over come but he was always there to help. He saved my right food from being amputated. If I ever needed a surgeon with his expertise again I would go back to Dr. Tinkler in a heartbeat

Dr tinkler has been amazing this last year, so much so that I don't want another surgeon. My original trauma Ortho have me off to tinkler because of the severity of my case. He got me back up and walking after two unstable pelvic fractures and a shattered acetabulum. Bobby, Hugo and Dr. Tinkler are amazing. I'm sad he only handles trauma and not all orthopedic needs because I have yet to find another surgeon like him.

Great Orthopedic Doctor! Saved my life!
Dr Tinkler was fantastic and his PAs and Nurse are awesome too! I was transferred to Dr Tinkler with an extremely complicated case of tibial plateau fracture further complicated by Acute compartment syndrome. He immediately did surgery for the compartment syndrome by inserting an external fixation device. Once the swelling subsided enough he did another surgery to fix the breaks by adding plates and screws. He even had to do a skin graft to allow for closure of one of the inquisitions from the compartment syndrome. Have had follow-up visits with him at the CHRISTUS Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute. Each visit has been great and he has taken the time to explain everything. Highly recommend!

Dr. Tinkler did a GREAT job on reconstructing my shattered elbow (titanium, baby). I mean, TERRIFIC. I have had zero issues and I'm five weeks out from the surgery and healing wonderfully. He does not have the greatest bedside manner but that's not what I hired him for - I hired him to fix my elbow and it seems like that's been accomplished. He also saw me quickly and moved my surgery up one day and admitted me to the hospital due to the severity of the situation and I was very grateful for that. The pain initially was unbelievable.

I broke my ankle back in June of 2018. I saw Dr Tinkler 2 times throughout the whole ordeal. When he did surgery I had to have a bone graft on fibula and he made it too short. I kept telling NP that something was not right and he assured me it was healing correctly. I went for 2nd opinion and now I am in a special brace for life or will have to have ankle replacement or fusion. Yes, I did the breaking but what are Dr's for? I feel like Tinkler neglected me.

This office is HORRIBLE. They will not help you schedule an appointment. If you are going to have the ER refer you for patients... try working with them. Waited 6 DAYS after an arm break for you to finally get around to talking to me to say you "didn't have room for us". Would NEVER recommend this office to anyone.
