Terrible clinic
They canceled 2 appointments without telling me, even though i live 2 hours away and wasted all that gas money. I showed up for my last appointment and they said "theres nothing more the doctor can do for you" with no explanation. All I needed from them is to renew my cpap prescription so I can get supplies, so I have no idea what they're talking about. I had to pay them to get my sleep reports printed out, so I could take them to a real doctor's office. Their reports identified me as a woman in some sentences and as a man in others. Real professional.

2 minutes agoNEW To be clear, would recommend Dr.. Hines to anyone! She's great. The clinic where she works is another story.... Clinic has horrible customer service. Clinic staff speaks to patients as if they are beneath them. The individual who runs the payments makes careless mistakes then turns accounts over to collections without contacting the patient to identify the source of the issue. When we called to determine the issue, we were talked to recklessly and hung up on. Another representative called me back to try to rectify the situation. At that point, we were completely done with this "medical provider" and elected to no longer patronize them. Canceled my husband's future appointments with them and made an appointment with another sleep clinic with better reviews. The new sleep clinic is not in network for us, BUT we'd much rather pay out of pocket and be treated with respect.

Dr Hines herself is a great doctor but her front staff is rude, obnoxious, loud, and indiscreet. Sadly, you can be a wonderful practitioner but if your staff is disrespectful they can and will chase your patients away.

I go to see Dr. Hines every 3 months for refills on my Rx. I feel she genuinely cares for her patients. I never have to wait too long so I can usually schedule my appointment on my lunch hour. I'd recommend her all day long!
