After performing a upper and lower GI on May 2, 2019 dr Ketcher said their was a mass keeping her from advancing past the halfway spot in my colon. In my upper GI endoscopy she found multiple ulcers. Dr Ketcher had also told me she wanted to redo my upper endoscopy in 8 weeks but she stopped seeing patients because of a contract dispute, putting her money before her patients. She is now seeing patients but ignoring me and I assume it’s because I called and told her about the mass possibly cancer

I can’t say enough about Dr. Ketcher and the incredible team of nurses and staff. I was very afraid of everything that was ahead of me and Dr. Ketcher took away all the fear. She’s a professional and also very caring. Everyone that helped me did it with a smile and helped me relax. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this office. They are the best!

I would not reccomend Dr. Ketcher. She will not allow her patients to speak with her about problems they have concerning prep for colonocsopys.
